As a Senior Account Executive, you will:
- Manage Partner relationships through relationship management, account review, and training, while increasing loan volumes over time
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and maintain continued contact with existing customer base
- Out of the office trips to our Partners to improve relationships and conduct trainings
- Generate Renewal business from our past and current small business customers through high phone and email activity.

Product Manager, Data Analytics
As a Product Manager of Digital Analytics at Family Capital Funding, you will:
- Develop the digital analytics strategy for Family Capital Funding’s main customer and corporate online portal
- Understand the current traffic attribution and partner with marketing to build and own the analytical roadmap that drives increased visitors and visitor conversion
- Manage a diverse set of stakeholders across Marketing, HR, Legal, Design and other Product Managers
Necessary qualifications for success:
- Strong background in using web analytics, customer behavior tracking and SEO tools for online site experience design and optimization
- 3+ years of work experience, including demonstrated ability to analyze online customer behavior and track acquisition lead attribution
- Ability to recommend a data (collection and analytics) strategy for online and mobile experiences across the entire customer journey
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to plan, track and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize the online experience
- Collaborate with Design to ensure that the site and navigation are SEO and navigation friendly, and drive application volume
- Well versed in modern SEO best practices
- Experience partnering and building strong relationships with an Agile Technology team to test, build, launch and grow transformative capabilities in the online and mobile shopping experience

Risk Analyst: Portfolio Optimization & Stratgy
As a Risk Analyst, Portfolio Optimization at Family Capital Funding, you will:
- Perform diagnostic and predictive analytics to help create a portfolio segmentation strategy considering, among others, macroeconomic environment, industry and micro-industry concentrations, product, lifetime value, usage, risk appetite, geography, seasoning, term, credit performance, etc.
- Influence, monitor, and assess impacts to Family Capital Funding’s portfolio as a result of pricing, product, acquisition strategy, underwriting policy, fraud detection, and portfolio monitoring and collections.
- Create predictive early detection credit deterioration capabilities using internal and external performance data.
- Investigate, create, implement and validate various risk and financial forecasts using complex data including cohort and time series analysis of loan balances, revenue performance, net income performance, portfolio dynamics, etc. and ensure an enterprise wide consistency in estimations.
- Interface with Acquisition, Pricing, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to help build relationships, set goals and track operations performance, providing an actionable feedback loop as it relates to portfolio performance across key Family Capital Funding metrics.
- Ensure sound credit control by taking a pro-active approach to risk management within the risk guidelines of Family Capital Funding.
- Demonstrate governance, control and risk management behaviors in alignment with Family Capital Funding policies and practices. Document all new processes per Enterprise policy

Marketing Associate
As a Marketing Associate at Family Capital Funding, you will:
- Define, with executive support, and execute against a corporate channel and partnership strategy and a structured partner program while maintaining momentum within our existing partner activities.
- Develop and implement a strategy to drive business development for new partnerships in vendor industries, payment processing and point of sale and other small business ecosystems.
